| I guess it would be good to have an update now and again, wouldn't it?
Well, seems like a bunch has happened since I last made an actual entry. The Writer's Guild is on strike, Coheed and Cambria just released a new album (probably only big news to me, really), and Christmas is coming. Becky got a HUGE promotion at the hospital, from cashier in the kitchen to a GI Tech in the GI lab. She absolutely loves it, and I can't find the words to describe how happy I am for her, to have found something she's good at and loves. Everyone else can tell how much happier she is as well. As for myself, I was this close to getting a dream job as a computer help desk tech at the insurance company MMA. I was in the final two candidates for the job, and in the end they didn't go with me. I have to admit that for a little bit I seriously questioned what God was planning for my life. It had seemed like we were going to receive this huge blessing and that we'd be getting back on track, finally. But He has other plans for me, and I don't begrudge him that. If there's something better out there that He's got for me, bring it on I say. In the meanwhile I have gone back to retail hell, also known as working at Toys R Us in the Christmas season. Though so far it's really not that bad, and I really enjoy working in the video game section. At least I am selling things I know about and love and enjoy. And I am getting a fairly good amount of hours. So I can't really complain too much. Well, that's really pretty much all that's actually new in our lives. We're usually not terribly busy so if you are wondering to yourself 'What are Becky and Robert up to? I haven't seen them in so long! I wish we could hang out again!', do it. Call us. We totally love doing things. If we can't hang out immediately we will make plans to. So yeah. Anywho. That's all I got.

Thanks for everyone who tried.

For all of you Office fans:
NBC has posted a new Office themed myspace-type page called Dunder Mifflin Infinity. You can apply to be a branch manager or employee of different DM branches.
I've applied for the Regional Manager position at the Terre Haute, IN branch. Now all I needs is some employees to manage. If you’re a fan of The Office and want to be in the Terre Haute branch sign
up and use the following branch code. 06wq820sv6
Looking for a special someone to be my Assistant to the Regional Manager!

| It is nice when one is praised for their work at, well, work. My boss said that aside from my [expletive, adjective form] sawing job I did today (I blame my saw, the bearings are really wonky and sparks fly off of them while I'm sawing stuff), he's really seen an improvement in my work this week. Being married is really awesome. Beck's worried I won't get fed tonight because she's working at Essenhaus tonight (her 2nd to last night there, yay!). I told her I'm a big boy and I think I remember how to make pizza rolls and mac n' cheese.
Also, I tried out our new wok last night, it may end up being my wok more than Beck's, because my specialty in the kitchen is now officially stir fry. I whipped up some awesome Robert-made stir fry last night, and aside from my portion tasting very strongly of soy sauce, as it was the very bottom of the pan (I was the last one to be served, out of 4 people), it was really, really awesome. I tried out Beck's that she didn't finish and because it wasn't saturated, it actually was really good. Our guests Roger and Rosie said it was pretty good too, I hope they weren't just being nice.
That said, does anyone have any stir-fry or other oriental type recipes I can try out with my amazing new wok?
